Job summary

You will coach staff, plan work, and coordinate with the Golf Course Superintendent to prioritize projects, while enforcing safety, budgeting, and department policies.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related major; 2 years experience in the landscaping/grounds or related professional area.
• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists workers to perform more critical duties.
• Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.
• Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with Grounds department policies, standards and procedures.
• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Ensures and maintains the productivity level of employees.

Education
