Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems in Palo Alto, CA is seeking an entry-level GNC Engineer to support attitude control analysis, simulation, and flight software development for spacecraft missions. You will work with senior engineers to design, analyze, and test core GNC algorithms and orbital analyses, contributing to HITL testing and data evaluation.

The role requires a relevant degree (B.S. or higher) and 2 years of related experience or a Master’s degree, with familiarity in GNC, controls, or orbital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace/Space, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or related field
• 2 years of related industry experience, or Master’s degree
• Academic background in GNC, controls, or orbital mechanics
• Demonstrated interest in spacecraft systems

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis of spacecraft attitude control system performance
• Support simulation and modeling of GNC algorithms
• Develop GNC flight software components and validation
• Create test scripts, data analysis, and documentation
