Team Car Care in Henderson, NV is seeking a General Service Technician for part-time, on-site work. You will service guest vehicles, learn through our training program, and contribute to a clean, safe service center environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying environments

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflate accordingly
• Inspect and refill fluids as needed
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install oil drain plugs and oil filters
• Clean and lubricate fittings as required
• Document all work on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending and squatting as needed
