Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitoring core trading applications and infrastructure; set up, fine-tune, and respond to system alerts to ensure uptime.
• Incident management (L1/L2): triage, troubleshooting, escalate complex bugs as needed.
• Day-to-day support: assist front-office users with queries, access, and system health checks.
