Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Keep the front end organized, clean, and running throughout the day; rotate between tasks like handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area
• Process purchases accurately across cash, card, and digital payments
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and general front-end upkeep
• Maintain steady workflow in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Follow store policies, register procedures, and checkout processes
