Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to help create a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will scan items, handle transactions, bag groceries, and keep the front-end area clean and organized.

The role requires friendly communication, accuracy in pricing, and the ability to work a varied schedule in a fast-paced environment. You will rotate between tasks such as assisting customers, restocking supplies, collecting carts, and maintaining checkout procedures.

Formación

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on local/state rules)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training on hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers at checkout
• Process purchases with cash, card, and digital payments
• Scan items, ensure correct pricing and produce codes
• Bag groceries and assist with cart retrieval and stocking
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area and follow policies
• Balance registers and manage transactions accurately
• Handle price or service questions and resolve simple issues
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow throughout shift
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
