Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. seeks a Front-End Team Member to deliver a smooth checkout experience. You’ll scan items, bag groceries, and assist customers with purchases while keeping the front end tidy and efficient. A friendly, accurate approach helps ensure a positive visit.

You’ll rotate tasks, handle transactions, stock areas, and adapt to changing customer flow in a fast-paced store environment. Training is provided; benefits and weekly pay supported.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process purchases accurately using cash, card, and digital payments.
• Scan items, bag groceries, and assist customers at the checkout.
• Maintain organized front-end area and restock supplies.
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures.
• Assist with cart retrieval and general front-end upkeep.
