Job summary

Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry level foundry laborers for first shift in Ohio. The position runs 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with initial duties in the shake-out area helping molders and keeping the work area stocked and safe.

No experience is required as training is provided on the job. The role emphasizes good attendance, a strong work ethic, initiative and teamwork as valuable assets for progression toward Pour Off or Molder positions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist molder in shake-out and ensure proper materials are available.
• Uncover castings from molds after aluminum has been poured and solidified, maintaining the area.
