Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry level foundry laborers for first shift in its Foundry department. The shake-out role involves helping molders, unearthing castings after pouring, and keeping the area well supplied and clean. Training is provided and advancement to Pour Off or Molder is possible after completion of training.

• Assist molder in shake-out and prepare proper materials for casting.
• Uncover castings from molds after aluminum has been poured and cooled.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure tools and materials are available.
• Opportunity to advance to Pour Off or Molder after training.
