Job summary

Marmon Holdings, a global industrial organization, is seeking an entry-level Shake Out / Pour Off associate to work in our foundry in Cleveland, OH. This hands-on role involves handling molten aluminum, pouring metal, and supporting molders to ensure high-quality castings.

Responsibilities include operating ladles, monitoring temperatures, and maintaining a clean, safe pour floor. Prior foundry exposure is preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6–12 months foundry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Molten metal handling and pouring with safety focus.
• Operate ladles, degas lances, and temperature readings.
• Mold readiness coordination and pour floor housekeeping.
• Clean and inspect pouring equipment after heats.
• Report casting issues and assist with shakeout inspections.
• Follow PPE and safety procedures during molten metal work.
