Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry level manufacturing employees for first shift, 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. New hires start in the shake-out role in Foundry, assisting molders and learning the basics of sand mold making.

On-the-job training with advancement to Pour Off or Molder. Agency-hired for ~8 weeks; performance evaluated for potential hire. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with increases every 4 weeks, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
• Attention to attendance and reliability is important.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist molders in creating sound sand molds in the Foundry.
• Uncover castings from molds after aluminum has solidified.
• Participate in on-the-job training with potential advancement to Pour Off or Molder.
• Support quality foundry practices and ensure good attendance.
