Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for an entry-level Shake Out / Pour Off position in our foundry. You will handle molten aluminum, pour with precision, and help inspect castings on a fast-paced pour floor.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-the-job training in a Berkshire Hathaway-backed operation. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and up to 12 months of foundry experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months foundry experience preferred for new employees.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions; basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Molten metal handling & pouring with ladles; monitor temperatures and prevent moisture contact.
• Clean and inspect pouring equipment; assist with slag disposal and foundry cleanup.
• Shake out & casting inspection; report issues to molders and lead hand.
• Follow safety procedures for molten metal handling and wear required PPE.
• Support team to maintain smooth production flow on the pour floor.
