Samuel, Son & Co. in Riverside, CA seeks an experienced foundry associate to operate and support molten metal casting processes. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working on a fast-paced line with safety as a priority.

The candidate should have 2+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and forklift experience. Overtime and varied shifts are available, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits under the company plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• High school/Diploma
• Flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
• Experience in Metal casting/ Metal manufacturing/ Foundry experience is highly Preferred.
• 1 year of forklift driving.
• Ability to carry 50 Lbs., and to lift, up to 70 lbs. Occasionally
• Follow all safety rules and regulations as per company policy.
• Follow all work instructions and procedures.
• Work with Molten metal in foundry.
• Maintaining consistent metal flow to casting table throughout cast.
• Plugging and unplugging melting furnace.
• Help in all other pre and pro cast operations.
• Loading/unloading metal-logs in and out of the equipment.

The pay for this position is $20.00 - $21.17. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
