Job summary

Hormel Foods Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Foodservice Sales Representative to call on existing customers and grow sales for the Dallas area. This full-time role involves training across Hormel products, selling techniques, and a broad range of foodservice operators.

The program includes extensive in-person training, field time with area teams, and potential advancement within the Foodservice group as you gain experience in distribution, merchandising, and customer education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa
• Must be comfortable with preparation and consumption of Hormel Foods products (pork, beef, chicken, peanuts)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive for extended periods
• Must be open to relocation

Responsibilities

• Increase business by adding products to distribution and expanding usage of existing Hormel Foods products
• Implement marketing strategies for Hormel Foods products
• Receive training on Hormel Foods products, selling techniques, and business planning

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Professional Selling, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or a related field
