Hormel Foods Corporation is seeking a Foodservice Sales Intern to support our Foodservice team. You will call on customers, expand distribution, and bring new products and merchandising ideas to operators.

Qualifications

• Access to and/or use of a personal motor vehicle.
• Must graduate in August 2027, December 2027, May 2028 with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to drive in various settings and weather conditions.
• Strong leadership, persuasive, initiative, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer; no sponsorship required.
• Comfort with product preparation/consumption of Hormel Foods products.

Responsibilities

• Add products into distribution and expand usage of Hormel Foods products.
• Implement marketing strategies for Hormel products.
• Receive training on Hormel Foods products, selling techniques, route building, and business planning.
• Build a territory business plan and report results.
• Collaborate with Hormel Foods sales and account management to gain new product placements.
• Contribute to the Hormel Foods bottom line.
