Legacy Bakehouse is hiring a General Laborer to support production operations in a food manufacturing environment. This entry-level role offers full on-the-job training and opportunities to learn across production, packaging, sanitation, and material handling.

The role requires the ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in warm to hot production areas. Safety is emphasized through GMPs and PPE; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided on the job.
• Ability to stand and work for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety-conscious with commitment to GMP and safety rules.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, operation, and cleanup of production lines and equipment.
• Support baking, mixing, portioning, and packaging operations as directed.
• Monitor weights, counts, and packaging integrity; report deviations.
• Perform sanitation of equipment, lines, and work areas per Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Receive, stage, and transport raw materials and finished goods as directed.
• Follow food safety procedures and PPE rules; report hazards.
