Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent training.
• Basic math skills required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or computer.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform inspections, lubrication, bearing and chain adjustments to reduce equipment failure.
• Log work orders, track maintenance history, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams.
• Read electrical schematics and service manuals to guide maintenance work.
• Use hand and power tools and meters to perform duties.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, accurate, and SOP-compliant.
• Follow FDA/USDA food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
