Patterson-UTI is hiring an entry-level Floorhand to assist in day-to-day rig operations and perform general maintenance on the rig floor. The role involves making drill pipe connections, tripping pipe, and supporting the crew with rig moves.

Ideal candidates will be physically fit, able to stand/walk for long shifts, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Training is provided on the job with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Physical fitness to lift weights (50 lbs) repeatedly
• Comfort with heights and strenuous outdoor work
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Make drill pipe connections and trip pipe efficiently
• Assist in rig operations and drilling activities
• Maintain and clean rig floor and equipment
• Inspect safety PPE and ensure proper use
• Support crew during rig moves and prep work
• Assist with housekeeping and general maintenance on site
