Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in San Diego is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer. You will fuel and wash customer vehicles and greet customers, ensuring they leave with a positive impression.

No experience is required; training will cover maintenance fundamentals, safety, and basic repairs. The role offers competitive pay, shift premiums, benefits, and opportunities to grow toward technician responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance items.
• Helping keep our facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training to perform minor repairs (tires, rotating, etc.).
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
