Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer in Concord, CA. You will greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and perform basic inspections to keep trucks ready for service.

No experience is required; training will cover Penske processes and safety policies. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities to learn advanced maintenance technologies at a well-known transportation solutions provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and tool usage (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids and basic maintenance.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance with coaching.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
