Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions seeks a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and support vehicle readiness. You’ll learn Penske’s maintenance processes and gain hands-on coaching to advance toward technician roles.

The role offers strong training, safety policies, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic transportation environment. In this entry-level position, no experience is required, but a valid driver’s license and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• DOT/OSHA safety compliance and Penske safety policies must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting our customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe environments for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs like tire mounting, rotation, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
