Job summary

Cleveland Menu is seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to support the finance function in a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will assist with financial reporting, month-end close, FP&A, and costing analyses in a hands-on role at our onsite location.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years' experience (internships welcome), strong Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset ready to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP/accounting systems a plus.
• Great attention to detail and strong quantitative abilities.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports.
• Support the general ledger close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Develop job costing models and profitability reports.
• Analyze production costs, margins, and pricing trends.
• Prepare variance analyses and ad hoc reports.
