Intertek's Building and Construction division provides industry-leading assurance, testing, inspection, and consulting services to ensure the safety, quality, and performance of various projects and assets.

**Responsibilities include:**

• Performing field inspections and construction materials testing to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Preparing inspection reports and testing data sheets.
• Operating testing equipment and conducting tests on soil, concrete, and other materials.
• Using drawings, specifications, and diagrams for accurate assessments.
• Documenting detailed observations and interpreting results.
• Communicating effectively with clients and project teams.

**Qualifications:**

• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Basic math, calculator, and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.
• Valid Driver's License with a reliable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience in field testing is a plus but not required as training is provided.
• Certifications such as ACI/ICC/TDOT are highly preferred.
