Dewberry Engineers Incorporated is seeking an entry-level Survey Rodman based in Panama City, FL, to join a field crew and support survey projects including pipeline, right‑of‑way, and topographic surveys.

No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided. The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and willingness to work outdoors on construction sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving record check.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug/alcohol test.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 5 hours.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and travel.
• Must be physically able to work outdoors on construction sites under all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handles routine matters and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Duties include gathering field data to coordinate geometry within the office and organize deed and right-of-way map data in preparation for drafting.
