Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Survey Rodman to support a survey crew from our Daphne, AL office with some out-of-town work as needed. The role covers pipeline, boundary and topographic surveys using modern equipment, and involves teamwork in a dynamic field environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass a DOT drug/alcohol test; willingness to travel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving record check.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug/alcohol test.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 5 hours.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and travel for extended periods.
• Must be able to work outdoors on construction sites under all weather conditions, up to 12 hours.
• Must be dependable and have good math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles routine matters under instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Gather field data to coordinate geometry within the office and organize deed and right-of-way map data for drafting.
