Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction or related field or equivalent construction experience.
• Proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability.
• Experience with large excavation equipment including dozers, track hoes, tractors, scrapers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage various scopes of subcontractor work.
• Provide direct in-field supervision of production crews.
• Schedule crews and supervise field activities.
• Documentation of work performed and field reports.
• Schedule material deliveries and manage material, equipment and personnel.
• Submit field reports and track time on task.
• Accurately record daily time and quantities.
