Vaughn Construction is seeking a Field Coordinator in Texas, an entry-level field supervisory role supporting the superintendent. You will assist in overseeing portions of project construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality control.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering or related field or equivalent construction experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with large excavation equipment including dozers, track hoes, tractors, scrapers etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage various scopes of subcontractor work.
• Provide direct in field supervision of production crews.
• Schedule crews
• Documentation of work performed.
• Schedule material deliveries and manage material, equipment and personnel.
• Submit field reports, track time on task, track onsite material inventory and deliveries with Superintendent.
• Accurately records and tracks time and quantities completed daily.
