Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working within the Omaha, NE area, the Field Services Technician (40 hours per week) is responsible for supporting the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. This includes packing and shipping designated medical devices and executing other tasks as agreed with the facility. The individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through various job functions, which include but are not limited to:

Essential Functions:

• Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit the assigned facility to collect devices in designated containers.
• Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers, employing proper techniques to ensure safe shipment.
• Arrange for shipment of collection containers in a timely manner.
• Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to keep an accurate record of container placements throughout the facility.
• Support in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager.
• Make regular rounds throughout the facility to introduce self and Medline ReNewal, answer questions, and share staff concerns with the Account Manager.
• Travel 100% between Omaha, Kearney, and Lincoln.
• Ensure program supplies remain stocked; distribute program collateral as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Residence in the Omaha/Lincoln/Kearney area.
• Able to travel extensively (100%).
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to use own vehicle for travel.
• Availability to complete collections between 6 am and 6 pm.
• Credentialing to access all required rooms within facilities.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-initiative and dependability for independent work.
