Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) in the Kansas City area! Medline ReNewal reprocesses used medical devices, reducing waste in landfills and saving facilities money by providing reprocessed devices at a lower cost. Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Kansas City region, the Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) supports the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. Responsibilities include packing and shipping designated medical devices and other tasks as agreed with the facility. The role involves delivering prompt, excellent service to maintain and grow the program, including but not limited to:

Essential Functions:

• Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit assigned facilities for device collection.
• Coordinate packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers using proper techniques for safe shipment.
• Arrange for timely shipment of collection containers.
• Update the Collection Container Locations sheet to track container placements within facilities.
• Support in-service sessions as directed by the Account Manager.
• Make regular rounds to introduce and assist staff, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Travel 100% locally within the Kansas City region.
• Ensure program supplies are stocked.
• Distribute program collateral as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred
• Ability to travel locally within Kansas City area
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and own transportation
• Credentialing ability to access all required facility areas
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable in an independent role

The salary range for this position is $15.50 - $21.75 per hour. Actual salary depends on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline adheres to minimum wage laws.
