Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) in the Kansas City area! Medline ReNewal reprocesses used medical devices, reducing waste in landfills and providing cost savings to facilities. Check out our YouTube video to learn more about us!

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Kansas City region, the Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) supports the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. Responsibilities include packing and shipping designated medical devices and performing related tasks at the facility. The role involves delivering prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program, including but not limited to:

1. Establishing and following a regular schedule to visit facilities and collect devices
2. Coordinating the packing of devices in shipping containers using proper techniques
3. Arranging for shipment of collection containers
4. Updating the Collection Container Locations sheet for accurate records
5. Supporting in-service sessions as directed
6. Making regular rounds to introduce and assist staff, addressing questions and concerns
7. Traveling locally within the Kansas City region
8. Ensuring program supplies are stocked
9. Distributing program collateral as directed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to travel locally within Kansas City
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record
• Credentialing capability for facility access
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-initiative and dependability in an independent role
