Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) in the Kansas City area! Medline ReNewal reprocesses used medical devices to reduce waste and save costs for facilities. Check out our YouTube video to learn more about us.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working in the Kansas City region, the Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) will support the Reprocessing Program by packing and shipping designated medical devices and performing related tasks at client facilities. The role involves delivering excellent service to maintain and grow the program, including but not limited to:

• Visiting facilities regularly to collect devices
• Properly packing devices for shipment
• Arranging shipments of collection containers
• Updating location records for containers
• Supporting in-service sessions as directed
• Making rounds to introduce and assist staff
• Traveling locally within the Kansas City area
• Stocking supplies and distributing collateral as directed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to travel locally 100% within Kansas City
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record
• Credentialing ability to access all required areas
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and dependable in an independent role

Salary range: $15.50 - $21.75/hour, with actual pay based on experience and qualifications.
