Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working throughout Georgia, the Field Services Technician (40 hours per week) is responsible for supporting the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. This includes packing and shipping designated medical devices and executing other tasks as agreed with the facility. The individual will deliver prompt and excellent service to maintain and grow the program through functions such as:

Essential Functions:

1. Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit the assigned facility to collect devices in designated containers.
2. Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers, employing proper techniques to ensure safe shipment.
3. Arrange for shipment of collection containers in a timely manner.
4. Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to maintain accurate records of container placements throughout the facility.
5. Support in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager.
6. Make regular rounds throughout the facility to introduce self and Medline ReNewal, answer questions, and share staff concerns with the Account Manager.
7. Travel locally within Georgia, generally within a 100-mile radius of Atlanta.
8. Ensure program supplies remain stocked and distribute collateral as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred
• Ability to travel locally within a 100-mile radius of Atlanta
• Ability to regularly lift at least 30 pounds
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in own vehicle
• Credentialing to access all required rooms within each facility
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-initiative and dependability in an independent setting
