Medline's ReNewal Division is hiring for a Field Services Technician (40 hours/week) in Atlanta! Medline ReNewal reprocesses used medical devices, reducing waste in landfills and saving facilities money by providing reprocessed devices at a lower cost. Job Description

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and working throughout Georgia, the Field Services Technician is responsible for supporting the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program. This includes packing and shipping designated medical devices and performing other tasks as agreed with the facility. The role involves delivering prompt, excellent service to maintain and grow the program, including but not limited to:

Essential Functions:

1. Establish and follow a regular schedule to visit assigned facilities to collect devices from designated containers.
2. Coordinate the packing of devices in Medline ReNewal shipping containers, employing proper techniques for safe shipment.
3. Arrange for shipment of collection containers in a timely manner.
4. Update the Medline ReNewal Collection Container Locations sheet to keep accurate records of container placements throughout the facility.
5. Support in-service sessions as directed by the assigned Account Manager.
6. Make regular rounds throughout the facility to introduce yourself and Medline ReNewal, answer questions, and address staff concerns with the Account Manager.
7. Travel locally within Georgia, generally within a 100-mile radius of Atlanta.
8. Ensure program supplies are stocked and available.
9. Distribute program collateral throughout the facility as directed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred
• Ability to travel locally within a 100-mile radius of Atlanta
• Ability to regularly lift at least 30 pounds
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in own vehicle
• Ability to be credentialed to gain access to all required areas within facilities
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-initiative and dependability in an independent setting

Salary range: $17.00 - $23.75 per hour, depending on experience and location.
