Beaty Construction, Inc. seeks an entry-level Project/Field Engineer in Indiana who recently graduated with an Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.

You will support day-to-day coordination under a project manager, with field observations and onsite documentation of construction processes across state projects. The role offers exposure to subcontractors, vendors, shop drawings, budgets, quality control, safety, and client coordination, with opportunities for future leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Internship or prior construction experience preferred but not required.
• Entry-level; recent graduate entering heavy highway/civil project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, documentation, and contract execution under a project manager.
• Conduct field observations and onsite documentation of construction processes.
• Gain exposure to subcontractors, vendors, shop drawings, budgets, quality control, safety, and client coordination.
• Position offers potential future leadership opportunities.
