Kiewit Foundations Co. invites applications for an entry-level Field/Office Engineer in Texas. You will assist with interpretation of drawings, field/office coordination, and cost data preparation across underground and foundation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field of engineering.
• Willing to travel and relocate nationwide.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews.
• Perform quantity calculations and takeoffs from drawings.
• Prepare work plans, packages, and job hazard analyses.
• Support field surveying and data collection including as-built data.
• Assist in preparing submittals, purchase orders, and cost data.
• Review historical data for estimating and bid preparation.
• Coordinate with project team and subcontractors.
