Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Field Engineer for an entry-level project management track at a semiconductor plant in Hillsboro, OR. You will plan, schedule, and execute project scopes while coordinating with field crews to ensure safe, on-time delivery and adherence to Harder’s quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, with internship exposure to construction or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Previous internship experience, preferably with a focus on construction or engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute the assigned scope of the project.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure safety and on-schedule work.
• Review drawings and compile project scope and quantities.
• Monitor field construction against plans and specifications.
• Prepare and monitor work packages with labor and cost estimates.
• Track construction progress and maintain project records.
