Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist project team as directed (e.g. verifying field work for superintendents and logging contract documents).
• Willingness to learn and communicate effectively with project team, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Issue subs and vendors updated contract documents.
• Support project staff in tracking punchlist items and project closeout.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Prior construction experience and familiarity with construction terminology is useful.
• Reading drawings and specifications is helpful.
