Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Field Engineer to oversee and support the operational aspects of utility power construction projects in New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will coordinate logistics, manage resources, and support project teams throughout the lifecycle of construction projects on-site. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• 0-2+ years of experience in utility construction or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating construction operations in utility power industry preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination: support planning, scheduling and execution of utility power construction projects.
• Resource management: coordinate equipment, materials and personnel to meet milestones within budget.
• Logistics support: manage delivery, storage and handling of materials and equipment on site.
