Glocomms is seeking a Field Technician to deploy and support IoT and wireless technology solutions at customer sites across the region. This onsite role requires traveling to local sites including Dallas, TX, and possibly Bentonville, AR, to ensure successful installations and ongoing support.

You will troubleshoot hardware and networking issues, work with engineering teams, and assist with installation, configuration, and testing of hardware systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, installation, telecom, or related environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with hardware, tools, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

$70,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
