Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Louisville region to drive growth by engaging homeowners with face-to-face presentations and in-home consultations. You will own your territory and build relationships, selling high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

The role offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and a generous bonus structure with opportunities for advancement and a strong total compensation target.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance per state requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle; travel within and outside territory reimbursed at IRS rates.
