Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Clyde region to drive growth by engaging homeowners directly, presenting high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services, and expanding the customer base across Bellevue, Clyde, and surrounding communities.

You’ll work in a quota-driven, training-provided role with opportunities for advancement, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and flexible compensation via uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones).
• Travel reimbursement at IRS mileage rate; travel within and outside territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home presentations.
• Explain value of Omni Fiber internet, voice, and TV services to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices.
