Job summary

Kinetic, a community fiber provider, is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents in nearby neighborhoods, assess their connectivity needs, and recommend fiber internet and home services. Paid training, coaching, and tools are provided while earning uncapped commissions.

Starting base salary is $37,000 plus uncapped commissions, with a target total compensation of $85,000–$150,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior sales experience necessary; training provided.
• Ability to work in neighborhoods and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Prospect neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and services.
• Learn customer needs and tailor recommendations.
• Help customers place orders and set up billing.
• Use provided mobile tools to manage sales activity.
