Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is hiring for an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to build your sales career in a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will meet residents in local neighborhoods, learn their connectivity needs, and recommend fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.

Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, with uncapped commissions based on performance. Starting base salary is $37,000 plus uncapped commissions, with a target total compensation of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Comfort using mobile devices (iPhones/iPads) for sales activity.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with strong customer service.
• Use company tools to manage sales activity and customer information in your territory.
