• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or +2 years in Human Services per Virginia Administrative Code.
• Experience requirements include mandated equivalence for non-Human Services degrees.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laws, policies and regulations in area of responsibility.
• Monitor, coordinate and administer programs as assigned.
• Coordinate services within your area of responsibility.
• Interview and assess customer needs and factors such as education, skills and supports.
• Inform clients of service programs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement service plans and provide case management.
