Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or a bachelor’s with two years of related experience.
• Possession of a BSW or MSW and/or Virginia Social Worker license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laws, policies and regulations for area of responsibility.
• Coordinate services within area of responsibility.
• Provide case management and assess client needs to develop service plans.
• Respond to emergencies and provide after-hours on-call coverage.
