Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work on feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work any assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle, sort, move, and process hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
• Perform waste container handling, staging, labeling, and inventory activities.
• Load and unload materials and containers in accordance with company procedures.
• Inspect containers and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Operate equipment and tools as trained and authorized.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Assist with facility operations and general labor activities as assigned.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials, containers, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all company, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Utilize required PPE while performing job duties.
• Work safely in an industrial environment with exposure to strong odors and waste materials.
