Job summary

Beauport Hospitality Group in Gloucester, MA, is seeking an entry-level Custodian/General Maintenance team member for Cruiseport Gloucester and Seaport Grille. You will perform daily custodial services, assist with event setups, and participate in non-routine cleaning and maintenance projects.

Weekends required and safety is emphasized. The role requires flexibility to handle other duties in collaboration with the Management Team, and prior experience is helpful though not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in custodial/maintenance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean interior and exterior areas of Cruiseport and Seaport Grille.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and other cleaning tasks.
• Remove rubbish and assist with snow removal.
• Perform light maintenance on furniture, equipment and facilities.
• Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for events.
• Report any damage or malfunctions to management.
• Drive company vehicles for errands; operate forklift if required.
