Responsibilities

• Plumbing: repair/rebuild/replace faucets, flush valves, shut off stops; unclog drains; repair lawn irrigation piping; remove and replace toilets and urinals.
• Electrical: change lamps and bulbs; convert fixtures to LED; assist electrician.
• GBM: carpentry repairs; remove/repair locks; paint rooms; patch holes; prime surfaces; load items; replace ceiling tiles.
