Triumph Group in California is seeking an entry‑level Technician, Maint Facilities 1 to join the Maintenance team. The role involves assisting with general maintenance activities, following digital instructions, and supporting facility projects to keep equipment and spaces in good condition.

You will perform basic maintenance tasks, handle hand and power tools, monitor coolant levels, and may perform minor repairs including plumbing, contributing to safety and efficiency in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to understand, follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Recycle cutting chips.
• Maintain coolant concentricity and oil level in CNC equipment.
• Perform basic level maintenance activities.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Able to follow digital instructions.
