Job summary

TRIUMPH is seeking a Maintenance Facilities Technician in Yakima, WA to perform a broad range of plant equipment maintenance tasks. The role requires troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems, CNC tooling, and implementing TPM and PM programs to keep production running smoothly.

The technician will collaborate with technicians and supervisors, contribute to SOP development, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production schedules and weekend

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.
Prefer experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Okuma machine tool controls.
Carpentry and plumbing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, design, retrofit, and repair electrical systems, electronic controls, automation systems, PLCs, communication systems, servo drive systems, and computer-related equipment.
CNC machine tool mechanical, geometrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
Design, install, troubleshoot, and repair precise high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Filtration systems maintenance.
Critical component inventory control.
Schedule and perform PMs on machine tools and facility equipment.
Act as the focal point for TPM and report TPM completion sheets.
Assist in developing SOPs and WIs.
Collaborate to identify process improvements and plant changes.
Maintain safe working environment and support risk mitigation.
Be on call for weekend emergencies.
